Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order shipped to an address in the contiguous United States (the Lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). No shipping charge is added at checkout.
Expedited shipping
Need it faster? UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are offered at checkout for Lower 48 addresses. The price is calculated live from your order's weight and destination and shown before you pay, along with an estimated delivery date. Free Ground Shipping is estimated at 2–6 business days.
Same-day shipping
Orders placed by 3:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Carriers
For Free Ground Shipping, we choose the carrier and service for each order based on its size, weight and destination. Expedited orders ship with UPS. Transit time is the carrier's and starts once your order ships.
Tracking
You receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves. Tracking updates come from the carrier.
Where we ship
Checkout currently accepts addresses in the Lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or delivery outside the US, email shipping@industrialsupplyworld.com for a quote before ordering.
Stock
Everything listed on the site is in stock, and the quantity shown updates as orders are placed. If an item sells out after you order, we contact you with your options before shipping a partial order.
Large or heavy orders
Very large or heavy orders may ship by LTL freight. If your order needs freight, we contact you before it ships to confirm delivery details.
Delivery problems
Report damage or a shortage promptly so we can file a carrier claim. See our Return and refund policy for the time window.
