What this site is

Industrial Supply World publishes buying guides, comparisons, technical articles, reference charts, and tools for industrial products, and sells selected products through its store. Content is general information for a professional audience — it is not engineering, safety, or legal advice for your specific application.

Specifications warning. Pressure ratings, temperature ranges, flow figures, torque values, thread and interchange data on this site are compiled with care from manufacturer data, but products change and errors happen. Always verify critical specifications against the manufacturer's current published documentation before selecting, installing, or operating any component. Compressed-air and hydraulic systems can cause serious injury when components are misapplied. You are responsible for the fitness of any product for your application.

Who may use this site

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company to these terms.

Orders, pricing and errors

An order you place is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship, and until then we may decline or cancel any order, limit quantities, or restrict sales — including where a listing carried an obvious pricing or description error. Despite our efforts, listings can contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions in price, availability, lead time or specification; we may correct them and cancel or amend an affected order at any time, even after you have been charged, and if we do we refund you in full. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Orders in our store are also governed by the policies linked at checkout — Return and refund policy and Shipping policy. Prices and availability shown for third-party retailers can change at any time and are not offers by us.

These terms are governed by Illinois law, with venue in the state or federal courts serving Kane County, Illinois. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect, and a failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to a successor in a sale of the business. These terms, plus the policies linked from checkout, are the entire agreement between us about the site.
