Flexfab 5521 green silicone heater hose, 3/4" (19mm) inside diameter, priced per foot. Set the quantity to the number of feet you need.

The heavier .170" to .220" wall adds burst strength. Silicone stays flexible through years of heat cycling and won't harden or crack at the clamps the way EPDM rubber does. It's made for heater, coolant, and heated-water lines, and it isn't rated for fuel or oil.
