Foster SL5205 is a 1/2" body industrial interchange air coupler with a 1/2" Female NPT end, all-brass body, automatic (push to connect). Rated 300 PSI with a Buna-N seal for -40°F to 250°F.

The 1/2" industrial interchange (ISO 6150-B / ANSI T3.20.14) is the larger-body version of the common 1/4" industrial profile: more airflow for impact wrenches, sanders and long hose runs. It takes 1/2" industrial-style plugs only; 1/4" plugs do not fit. The coupler half is valved: pull the plug and the line shuts off.

Foster has made these in the USA since 1919, and this is the same industrial-grade coupler that goes on production-floor air drops and professional shop lines, not a light-duty import. Machined brass and plated steel, built to be rebuilt rather than thrown away.
